The Virginia Arts Festival presents Chicago The Musical – In Concert with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Music Director & Conductor, Norfolk native Rob Fisher – this Saturday, May 6 at 7:30 pm at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk, VA.
