In the words of “Tripe Face Boogie,” Little Feat has been inviting folks to boogie their sneakers away for a good long while, and the sneakers haven’t worn out yet. The band is pleased to announce their Spring 2023 tour… and guarantees the shows will generate all the boogie you can stand.
The Langley Federal Credit Union Concert Series presents Little Feat: Boogie Your Spring Away Tour on Monday, April 24 at 8 PM at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or by visiting the Sandler Center box office located at 201 Market Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Tickets are priced at $59.50, $79.50, and $95, plus applicable fees.
Having resumed touring post-Covid, Little Feat started with the “By Request” tour, followed by a celebration of their masterpiece live release, Waiting for Columbus – a tour that blew the doors off the Sandler Center this past April. The “Boogie” tour will mix things up, taking songs from all corners of their enormous repertoire, from hits to rarities, and Feat Fans will soon resume boogie-ing.
Little Feat now features Bill Payne (keyboards, vocals), Kenny Gradney (bass), Sam Clayton (percussion and vocals), Fred Tackett (guitars and vocals), Scott Sharrard (guitars and vocals), and Tony Leone (drums).
Miko Marks will open the shows.
