The Portsmouth Museum and Fine Arts Commission Arts & Humanities Grant Now Open

The Portsmouth Museum & Fine Arts Commission is accepting grant applications for the Portsmouth Cultural Arts & Humanities Grant. The grant is designed to provide partial funding to eligible organizations to create and present their work, develop new innovative programs, expand present ones, and increase opportunities in the humanities and visual and performing arts for all Portsmouth citizens.

The deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, February 1, 2024.

About the Portsmouth Museum & Fine Arts Commission

The Portsmouth Museum & Fine Arts Commission (MFAC) is an official advisor to the city government and City Council on all museums, cultural and fine arts activities, and programs in the city.  The Commission consists of 15 members appointed by the City Council.   Members are appointed to terms of three years and may be appointed for a second three-year term.
