2021 has been one interesting ride. Here at Spotlight we've been growing, working on expanding, and all of that comes with both growing pains, and a lot of sweat and tears (though, thankfully, not so much blood, as being a company completely on the internet, there isn't a lot here on the web to cut ourselves on). We want to send huge thank you to all of the volunteers who have kept us going for yet another year. If it were safe to do so, I would meet you all in person and give you a huge hug. As it is, you're just going to have to take a raincheck on that until at least the next COVID wave passes.
One thing we have decided to do here at Spotlight is continue our "tradition" of giving all of our volunteers a break during the holidays. So this here will be our last post on the blog until we see you in the New Year. We hope you all have a safe, relaxing, and happy set of holidays upcoming.
Here's to more growth, (and maybe even fewer tears) in 2022!
