Three Community created dark comedy short films will be screened, in a festive costume party. “The Meeting” (2019), starring Anna Toxzi- Barbay and Bree Malzow. A pair of stay at home moms team up for a life of disorganized crime.“Waking” (2020), starring Anna Tozzi-Barbay. A woman inherits a creepy historic home to find out her childhood night terrors we’re not just dreams. “Lil Mortitians” (2021), on Halloween a small group of children stumble upon The Witch of Pungo. Starring: Anna Tozzi-Barbay, Graiden & Teagan McCoy and Francesca Barbay as well as animation by Graphic Design team The Bigi Collective.
A viewing party will be held on October, 19th at 6pm in the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library Auditorium: 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. Entrance ticket is a costume, all are welcome, food and drink are prohibited in the auditorium, please observe this requirement carefully as reservation of this space is contingent on your cooperation.
