Dunkin’ and the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation today celebrated their “December of Joy” by granting nearly $10,000 to Hampton Roads-based charitable organizations. Dunkin’ of Hampton Roads, in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, presented $2,500 to the Armed Services YMCA of Hampton Roads to support their mission to help nurture the well-being of Norfolk military families.
Dunkin’ and the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation then presented a grant for $7,000 to Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters stemming from Dunkin’s Shine Gold program to further the hospital’s mission to provide care and hope to children throughout the coastal Virginia community.
This December, the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation is spreading joy to local health and hunger relief charitable organizations with more than $2.8 million in grants.
