We're jammin' out HEAVY for our b-day on October 7th. Come out to Norfolk HQ to celebrate 11 years of Smartmouth's tasty brews, ragin' parties and rockin' music.
Local and regional musicians will be crankin' it up to 11 throughout the day at our street party with food trucks, activities, and more! Our Not Gettin' NAy Younger Hazy IPA features art work from local artist Caleb Lane. Raise a pint of this super-soft, tropical juice bomb that showcases Nelson Sauvin and Sabro hops for notes of white grape, sweet tangerine, and a subtle hint of coconut.
Revery Eats & Ghost Kitchen will be providing good ol' American grub from burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches & more. Activities start right at 12pm with on-site screen printing from Studio Shift of our exclusive 11th Birthday design, DIY button making with local musicians Ashley Wright, and a pop-up record shop from Custom Made Music.

Request Station - Get ready to request your FAVORITE rock tunes from this Virginia Beach-based band. Including members of Lucky 757, these skilled musicians are the only band where YOU control the party with your song requests!
Captain and the Deal - West Ghent locals who are playing a blend of covers and original songs
The Swell Fellas - Nashville-based heavy rockers return to Norfolk. “The three old friends took lessons from their early days of improvising extensive riff heavy jams, and formed a dark, refreshing sound that will have you riding a wave of intense meditation into soaring musical crescendos.” – from the band’s website
Freedom Hawk - “For nearly 15 years Freedom Hawk has been an essential presence in the American heavy rock underground. When the sun goes down, our last 2 bands of the night will be illuminated by General Jedd Visuals, who has provided trippy projections for national festivals & huge touring acts.
